摘要/Abstract

摘要： 在紫色甘薯生产和加工中,品种选择十分重要。收集和引进紫色甘薯种质资源13个品种（系）进行田间试验。结果表明,云紫2号、脱紫1号、渝紫263、建紫4个品种的产量和品质均较好,其产量分别为46.7、45.5、43.5、40.8 t/hm²。可为玉溪市及云南部分地区种植紫色甘薯选择优良品种提供科学依据。

Abstract: It is important to select good purple sweet potato variety for production and processing. 13 purple sweet potato varieties were collected and evaluated in field experiment. The results showed that 4 varieties of Yunzi 2,Tuozi1,Yizi 263 and Jianzi had better yield and quality,with average yield of 46.7 t/hm²,45.5 t/hm²,43.5 t/hm² and 40.8 t/hm². It provided a scientific basis for selecting good purple sweet potato variety in Yuxi city and some other areas of Yunnan province.
