Abstract: Taking American agricultural cooperative as subject,the development history and current situation of American agricultural cooperative were introduced,it was revealed that the successful experience for development of American agricultural cooperative was due to the substantial support of American government,farm credit system covering the entire America and the strong service capabilities themselves. So the agricultural cooperative of China should fully draw experiences from America,The support of government should be strengthened,the rural financial system should be established,the service capabilities of farmer professional cooperatives should be improved and the industrial chain should be expanded.
