摘要/Abstract

摘要： 人才资源是第一战略资源,加强人才队伍建设是促进农业科技事业全面发展的根本。通过介绍湖北省农业科学院农业人才队伍建设的现状,分析了存在的问题,并提出了加强人才队伍建设的对策与建议。

Abstract: Talent resources are the first strategic resources. To strengthen the talent team construction is the fundamental factor to promote an all-round development of agricultural science and technology. Through introduction on the present situation of agricultural talent team construction in Hubei Academy of Agricultural Sciences, the existing problems were analyzed, and then the countermeasures and suggestions for strengthening the talent team construction were put forward.
