摘要/Abstract

摘要： 在中国实行不动产统一登记的前提下,分析不动产登记数据的现状和问题,针对目前房地数据整合过程中面临的困难,提出以土地登记信息为主,房产登记信息为辅的不动产数据整合方法。以新疆阿勒泰地区布尔津县不动产数据整合工作为例,对数据整合过程涉及的内容进行了分析讨论,顺利完成不动产数据整合工作,对构建不动产登记房地数据整合的长效机制具有重要意义。

Abstract: Real estimate registration is going to implement in China. The status and problems of real estate registration data are analyzed,according to the problems from the current real estate data integration process,introduced a real estate data integration method which based on land registration information,the real estate registration information second. The examination of real estate data integration are made in Buerjin County,Xinjiang Aletai area for instance,discussed the content relate to the data integration process, finished the real estate data integration work,in order to form the long-term mechanism of the registration of real estate data integration.
