Abstract: By explaining the importance and necessity of the rule of law in promoting rural rejuvenation, some rural issues was Inductively analyzed, such as inadequate rural laws and regulations, weak peasants' awareness of the rule of law, and inadequate legal capacity of grass-roots cadres. Specific countermeasures have been proposed, such as improving the legal and regulatory system, strengthening the popularization of laws, and improving the legal quality of grass-roots cadres, so as to better promote the construction of legal countrysiole and promote rural revitalization.
