Abstract: The effects of nitrogen filling on the idle coiling machine in the cigarette production workshop is studied.The double-layer sealing environment of the crimping machine is created by using the film and the aluminum alloy bracket to realize the double-layer isolation and sealing protection of the winding machine.The idle-rolling machine is subjected to nitrogen and oxygen reduction through the nitrogen generator equipment(The oxygen level of the tabernacle is less than2%) for more than40 days to observe the control effect of tobacco beetle(Lasioderma serricorne).The results show that the idle coiling machine in the cigarette production workshop can effectively kill the various tobacco beetles that breed inside the machine by sealing and purging nitrogen.
