棉子含油量的遗传特性分析

Analysis of Genetic Characteristics of Cotton Oil Content

摘要: 以含油量差异大的5个陆地棉材料为亲本,按照Griffing II方法配制不完全双列杂交组合,采用数量性状遗传模型分析了棉子含油量的遗传效应和遗传参数。结果表明,棉子含油量符合“加性-显性”模型,且加性效应方差比例为64.2%,含油量遗传加性效应起主要作用。阵列方差(Vr)与非轮回亲本协方差(Wr)的回归方程关系结果表明,亲本E9含有较多的显性基因,而亲本1011与1017含有较多的隐性基因;棉子含油量的狭义遗传力较高,为49%。因此,在育种实践中应选择较高含油量的材料为亲本,并在杂交早代进行选择,可提高棉子高油育种的效率。

Abstract: Using five varieties of upland cotton with different oil content as their parents,the genetic effects and genetic parameters of oil contents were analyzed in Hayman’s diallel genetic model with Griffing’s diallel system II. The results showed that oil content followed the “additive-dominant” model, and the additive effect, which accounted for 64.2% of total variance components, had a more important effect on the inheritance of oil content. The regression of cottonseed oil content between Wr and Vr implied that the parent E9 had more dominant genes, while 1011 and 1017 had more recessive genes. Narrow-sense heritability for oil content was as high as 49%, which suggested that to improve the cottonseed oil content, we should use high oil content lines as parents and carry out selection in early generation.
