杂交水稻表型、杂种优势和配合力的关系

The relationship among phenotype, heterosis and combining ability of hybrid rice

摘要: 利用数字化考种机并结合人工考察对杂交水稻群体的产量相关性状进行了考察,构建了一套不完全双列杂交群体,探讨产量相关性状的表型、一般配合力、特殊配合力和F1的杂种优势之间的相互关系。结果表明,所有性状的表型、亲本的一般配合力、F1的特殊配合力和F1的杂种优势之间均表现出相关性。每个F1的表型值与亲本的一般配合力和该F1的特殊配合力均呈正相关,GCA和SCA对不同农艺性状的贡献率不同;亲本的一般配合力、F1的特殊配合力均和特定组合的产量的杂种优势显著正相关,且F1的特殊配合力对杂种优势的贡献更大;亲本一般配合力与F1特殊配合力之间呈负相关或者没有相关性,杂种优势与亲本间的遗传距离、杂合度之间没有显著相关性。

Abstract: We constructed a NCII population and performed a high-throughput phenotyping facility (HRPF) and combined with artificial investigation to measure all traits, to investigate the relationship between phenotype, general combining ability, special combining ability and heterosis of yield-related traits. The results showed that there were high correlations among phenotype, SCA, GCA and heterotic advantage for all traits. The phenotype was always positively correlated with GCA and SCA, but GCA and SCA contributed variously to different agronomic traits;heterotic advantage always positively correlated with GCA and SCA, and SCA contribute more to the heterosis. GCA always negatively or not correlated with SCA, the correlations with heterosis and parent genetic distance (PGD) and observed heterozygosity (OH) were not particularly evident in our data.
