摘要: 综述了3种基因编辑技术的作用机制及CRISPR/Cas9基因编辑技术在植物育种中的应用。根据桑树(Morus alba L.)育种工作的现状,对CRISPR/Cas9基因编辑技术在桑树功能基因组学和遗传改良中的应用前景进行了展望,以期为桑树多元化种质创新提供借鉴和新思路。

Abstract: The mechanism of three gene editing techniques and the application of CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing technology in plant breeding were reviewed. According to the current situation of mulberry breeding, the application prospect of CRISPR/cas9 gene editing technology in mulberry functional genomics and genetic improvement was prospected, in order to provide reference and new ideas for mulberry diversified germplasm innovation.
