基于“两山”理念的安吉白茶碳足迹评估研究

Carbon footprint assessment of Anji white tea based on the concept of “two mountains”

摘要: 为了深入探究安吉白茶碳排放足迹问题,将安吉白茶茶生命周期分为原料、制造、运输、使用、废弃5个阶段,以安吉白茶完整的生命周期碳足迹为研究对象,进行生命周期各阶段碳排放评估。结果表明,1 kg安吉白茶的总碳足迹为7.03 kg,其碳足迹含量主要以原料阶段与使用阶段为主,其占比分别为35.15%、45.66%。

Abstract: In order to investigate the carbon footprint of Anji white tea in depth, the life cycle of Anji white tea was divided into five stagesraw material, manufacturing, transportation, use, and disposal, and the complete life cycle carbon footprint of Anji white tea was used as the research object to assess the carbon emission of each stage of the life cycle. The results showed that the total carbon footprint of 1 kg of Anji white tea was 7.03 kg, and its carbon footprint content was mainly in the raw material stage and use stage, which accounted for 35.15% and 45.66%, respectively.
