肉桂精油和姜黄油对四种植物病原菌的抑制作用

Inhibitory effects of cinnamon essential oil and turmeric oil against four plant pathogens

摘要: 为研究肉桂精油和姜黄油对豇豆疫霉(Phytophthora vignae)、禾谷丝核菌(Rhizoctonia cerealis)、稻瘟病菌(Magnaporthe oryzae)及尖镰孢菌黄瓜专化型(Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. cucumerinum)的抑制作用,采用菌丝生长速率法测定肉桂精油和姜黄油的抑菌活性,计算对应的抑制中浓度(EC50)。结果表明,肉桂精油和姜黄油对4种植物病原真菌均有不同的抑制作用,其中肉桂精油对豇豆疫霉、禾谷丝核菌、稻瘟病菌及尖镰孢菌黄瓜专化型的EC50分别为215.03、204.90、199.57、140.20 μg/mL,姜黄油对豇豆疫霉、禾谷丝核菌、稻瘟病菌及尖镰孢菌黄瓜专化型的EC50分别为1 456.14、358.07、366.68、514.88 μg/mL,肉桂精油表现出了较高的抑菌活性。

Abstract: To study the inhibitory effects of cinnamon oil and turmeric oil on Phytophthora vignae, Rhizoctonia cerealis, Magnaporthe oryzae and Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. cucumerinum, the antifungal activities of cinnamon essential oil and turmeric oil were determined by the mycelial growth rate method, and the median effective concentrations (EC50) of the corresponding two essential oils against each pathogen were calculated. The results showed that cinnamon essential oil and turmeric oil had different inhibitory effects on four plant pathogenic fungi, among which the EC50 of cinnamon essential oil on Phytophthora vignae, Rhizoctonia cerealis, Magnaporthe oryzae and Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. cucumerinum were 215.03, 204.90, 199.57, 140.20 μg/mL, respectively. For turmeric oil, the EC50 on Phytophthora vignae, Rhizoctonia cerealis, Magnaporthe oryzae and Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. cucumerinum were 1 456.14, 358.07, 366.68, 514.88 μg/mL, respectively. Cinnamon essential oil showed higher antifungal activity.
