一种燃气式滚筒型烤全羊机的设计

Design of A Gas-type & Drum-type Grilled Whole Sheep Machine

摘要: 传统的烤全羊大多在土制馕坑里烤制,机械化程度低、热能损失严重,污染环境。针对这些问题,设计了一种以瓦斯红外线燃烧器为热源、以可旋转式滚筒为工作装置的烤全羊机。工作时,通过瓦斯红外线燃烧器加热滚筒,羊肉通过专用的串羊机构将其固定在滚筒内部,电机带动滚筒均匀旋转,从而实现了机械化烤制。装置内温度控制在250~260 ℃,50 min即可烤制出色泽金黄、外焦里嫩的烤全羊。

Abstract: The traditional roasted whole sheep are mostly roasted in the Nang pit, and the degree of mechanization is low, the heat loss is serious, pollutes the environment. To deal with these problems,Designed a kind of gas infrared burner as a heat source, with rotary drum as the working device of the roasted sheep machine. In working,Through the infrared gas burner heating drum, so that the sheep fixed by the system through a special string in the drum,the drum driven by the motor and rotation, which realized the mechanized baking, the temperature is controlled at 250~260 ℃,50 minutes to bake out the golden color, outside the coke in the tender roasted sheep.
