湖北省“三区”科技人才评价指标体系研究

摘要: 以湖北省“三区”科技人才为实证对象,通过文献调查与专家访谈构建“三区”科技人才评价指标体系,并应用层次分析法确定指标体系权重。同时,应用指标体系对32份样本数据进行实证研究,检验其有效性与科学性,在此基础上提出了湖北“三区”科技人才专项工作建议和对策。

Abstract: Taking the scientific and technological talents serving for “three zones” of Hubei Province as an example,the evaluation index system was set up through the literature survey and expert interviews. Meanwhile the weight of index system was determined by using the analytic method of AHP. On this basis,the index system was applied to conduct an empirical study of 32 sample data,by which the applicability and scientific was validated. Finally,the suggestions for promoting the special work of Hubei “three zones” science and technology talents were put forward.
