Abstract: On basis of field investigation on agricultural material stores in Guanzhong area of Shaanxi province,SWOT model was used to analyze and summarize the current situation on operation and management of agricultural materials stores. According to the existing problems,it was put forward the agricultural stores in Shaanxi should be improved from aspects of enhancing the business concept,standardizing store management,improving service quality,innovating management means,and promote a healthy operation and sound development of agricultural material stores.
