现代农业产业技术体系湖北团队协同创新绩效及影响因素研究

Research on the Synergistic Innovation Performance and Influencing Factors of Modern Agricultural Industrial Technology System of Hubei Team

摘要: 以在鄂国家现代农产品产业技术体系首席和岗位科学家、综合试验站站长、团队成员的调研数据为依托,利用DEA-Tobit两步法对国家现代农业产业技术体系湖北团队协同创新绩效及影响因素进行了分析。结果表明,各农产品体系协同创新的技术效率、纯技术效率和规模效率均较低。科研人员目标认同、政府主管部门支持、内部经费合规性管理均有利于协同创新绩效水平提升,另外从科研人员职称对绩效的作用情况看,体系考核标准向农业生产一线需求倾斜有积极意义。

Abstract: Based on survey data of China agricultural research system’s position and chief scientist, comprehensive experimental station master, team members, using DEA-Tobit two-step,then national modern agriculture industry technology system of hubei team collaborative innovation performance and influence factors are analyzed. The result shows that the technical efficiency, pure technology efficiency and scale efficiency of the cooperative innovation of each agricultural product system are lower. Researchers target recognition, the competent department of the government support compliance management, internal funds are conducive to synergy innovation performance level, the other from researchers title, the action of the performance of the system of evaluation criteria to agricultural production line demand tilt has positive significance.
