摘要: 简要介绍了禽类生殖生理与卵泡发育特性,概述了抗苗勒管激素(Anti-Mullerian hormone,AMH)的特点、检测方法,综述了禽类AMH研究进展,提出了AMH在禽类繁殖潜能评估上的应用前景。

Abstract: The poultry reproductive physiology and follicular features were briefly introduced; the resistance and test method of anti-Mullerian hormone (AMH) were summarized. And then the AMH research progress of poultry was reviewed. The AMH in poultry breeding potential assessment on the application prospect was put forward.
