基于α-多样性指数的西湖莼菜群落物种多样性分析

Species Diversity Analysis of Brasenia schreberi Community in West Lake Based on α-diversity Index

摘要: 采用样方法和α-多样性指数分析了杭州西湖区双浦镇的莼菜(Brasenia schreberi)居群和群落基本特征,结果表明,与莼菜相伴生的物种主要有8科10属10种,莼菜群落的群丛名为莼菜-轮叶黑藻。群落的物种多样性研究表明,莼菜群落D(Simpson指数)、R(Partrick指数)、H′(Shannon-Wiener指数)、J(Pielou指数)和SN(生态优势度)分别为0.719、10、1.684、0.731、0.242。人工定植管理和频繁采摘莼菜可能是导致莼菜群落的物种多样性降低的重要原因。

Abstract: The population and community characteristics of Brasenia schreberi in Shuangpu town of West Lake, Hangzhou were surveyed using quadrat method and α-diversity index. The main results are as followsten plant species belonging to eight families and ten genera occur in this community. The vegetation was called B. schreberi-Hydrilla verticillata Ass. α-diversity index analysis revealed that Simpson index(D), Partrick’s richness Index(R), Shannon-Wiener diversity index(H′), Pielou’s evenness index(J) and Simpson’s ecological dominance(SN) were 0.719, 10, 1.684, 0.731 and 0.242, respectively, indicating low levels of species diversity at the B. schreberi community. Excessive cultivation and frequent picking might be the most important cause of low levels of species diversity in B. schreberi community.
