滁州市空气质量与气象要素的关系及其预报方法研究

Study on the Relationship between Air Quality and Meteorological Factors and Its Prediction Method in Chuzhou

摘要: 利用滁州市2015年1月至2017年5月逐日大气污染物数据及对应的气象观测资料,分析滁州市空气污染状况及其与气象要素的关系并建立基于气象要素的空气质量预报模型。结果表明,该地区空气污染物以细颗粒物PM2.5为主,主要出现在冬、春季,其次为O3,主要出现在夏季;该地区出现中度以上污染时,上游西北来向的污染输送起重要作用,风速、降水与空气质量指数(AQI)及各类污染物浓度呈显著负相关,气温与PM10、PM2.5、NO2、CO呈显著负相关,与O3呈显著正相关,日照时数和相对湿度与颗粒物PM10、PM2.5浓度呈显著正相关;基于气象要素的预报模型对AQI及PM2.5、PM10和O3的浓度预测效果优良,能满足日常的业务需求,对NO2的预报效果相对较差,标准化平均误差(NME)超过了30%,且对NO2浓度有一定程度高估。

Abstract: Based on the daily air quality data and meteorological data of January 2015 to May 2017 in Chuzhou,the relationship between air quality and meteorological factors were analyzed,and an air quality prediction model based on meteorological factors was established,the results showed that air pollutants were dominated by PM2.5,mainly in winter and spring,followed by O3,mainly in summer. When Chuzhou had a moderate pollution in the region,it played an important role in the transportation of pollution from the northwest. Wind speed and precipitation were negatively correlated with AQI and all kinds of pollutants,there was a significant negative correlation between temperature and PM10,PM2.5,NO2,CO. Temperature was positively correlated O3. Sunshine hours and relative humidity were significantly positively correlated with PM10 and PM2.5 concentrations. The prediction model had good prediction effect on AQI,PM10,PM2.5 and O3 which could meet the daily business requirements,but had relatively poor prediction effect on NO2,the standardized mean error(NME) was over 30%,and its concentration was overestimated.
