洋常春藤和金边吊兰对香烟烟雾的净化效果与生理响应

Purification of Cigarette Smoke by Hedera helix L. and Chlorophtum comosum variegaturn Hort. and Their Physiological Responses

摘要: 以洋常春藤(Hedera helix L.)和金边吊兰(Chlorophtum comosum variegaturn Hort.)为研究对象,在长、宽、高均为60 cm的玻璃装置中,模拟人的吸烟方式,注入2支香烟,测定48 h内CO和PM2.5浓度变化,观察处理前后植物的表型变化,并测定植物叶片生理指标变化,以研究2种垂吊植物对香烟烟雾净化能力及生长生理响应。结果表明,洋常春藤和金边吊兰均可在一定程度上吸收或吸附CO与PM2.5,净化密闭环境中的空气,且洋常春藤的单位叶面积的净化能力优于金边吊兰;香烟烟雾处理对植物生长产生了一定的影响,叶片出现黑褐色斑点或叶缘焦枯状;香烟烟雾处理后,2种植物叶片活性氧(超氧阴离子和过氧化氢)水平显著增加,造成膜脂过氧化产物丙二醛含量增加,植物通过增强过氧化物酶活性或增加脯氨酸的合成,抵御伤害,且金边吊兰的抗性强于洋常春藤。

Abstract: Hedera helix L. and Chlorophtum comosum variegaturn Hort. were set as the objects,which were put into a sealed glass capsule with length,width,height all of 60 cm. Cigarette smoking of mankind was imitated and two cigarettes were injected into the capsule. Changes of CO and PM2.5 concentrations during 48 h,phenotypes and physiological indexes at 48 h were determined,to investigate the purifying capacity of the two hanging plants to cigarette smoke and their growth and physiological responses. The results showed that H. helix and C. comosum variegaturn both could absorb CO and PM2.5 to some degree and purify the air in the sealed space. The purifying capacity per unit leaf area of H. helix was superior than C. comosum variegaturn. Meanwhile,growth of the two plants were affected by cigarette smoking treatments and leaf chlorosis and necrosis were appeared. After cigarette smoking treatments,levels of reactive oxygen species(including superoxide anion and hydrogen peroxide) in leaves of the two plants were significantly increased,resulting in the increases of malondialdehyde,the products of membrane lipid peroxidation. The plants activited peroxidase or synthesized proline to resist the damages and the resistance of H. helix was better than C. comosum variegaturn.
