特色小镇建设中城郊农村女性就业保障探究——基于利益相关者理论

摘要: 基于利益相关者理论,对特色小镇建设中城郊农村女性就业难问题的内在机理进行解释,认为政府、城郊农村女性、妇联组织、法规政策性别平等评估咨询委员会、企业、高校科研机构等利益主体彼此各异的利益诉求造成了城郊农村女性就业难的状况;提出各利益主体应通力合作,以此形成社会合力,保障城郊农村女性就业权益的实现。

Abstract: The difficult issue of suburban rural women employment in construction of characteristic small town was analyzed based on the stakeholder theory,it was discovered that, the difficulty of employment for suburban rural women was resulted from the different interests among the government,suburban rural women,women's organizations,regulations and policies on gender equality assessment advisory committee,enterprises,universities and research institutions and other stakeholders.It was suggested that all stakeholders should give full cooperation to form a social joint force,thus to ensure the realization of employment rights and interests for the suburban rural women.
