制丝工艺参数对主流烟气中苯酚释放量的效应分析

The Effects Analysis of Tobacco Making Thread Parameters on Phenol in Cigarette Mainstream Smoke

摘要: 通过均匀设计安排试验,采用二次多项式逐步回归的方法建立了卷烟主流烟气中苯酚释放量与制丝工艺参数的数学模型。对模型进行了主效应分析、单因素效应分析、双因素交互作用分析、边际效应分析。结果表明,各工艺参数对苯酚释放量影响的贡献率大小为切丝宽度>热风风门开度>筒壁温度>HT工作蒸汽压力>热风温度>筒体转速,其中切丝宽度对苯酚释放量影响最显著。苯酚释放量与切丝宽度和HT工作蒸汽压力呈负相关,与热风风门开度、热风温度、筒壁温度和筒体转速呈正相关。热风温度和筒壁温度、筒壁温度和筒体转速存在较强的交互作用。适当提高切丝宽度、HT工作蒸汽压力和降低其他因素的处理强度对控制卷烟主流烟气中苯酚的释放有积极作用。

Abstract: A mathematical model is established by tobacco making thread process parameters to the emission of phenol in mainstream smoke. The principal-factor effect, single-factor effect, marginal effect and double-factor effect of the model are analyzed. The results show that, the contribution order for the phenol emission is the tobacco cut width>the hot air damper opening>the temperature of cylinder wall>the HT operating steam pressure>the hot-air temperature>the revolving speed of casing cylinder. There should be a negative correlation between the phenol emission exhibit and the HT operating steam pressure, the tobacco cut width, whereas the phenol emission exhibited a positive correlation with the other factors. Strong interactive influence existed between the hot-air temperature and the temperature of cylinder wall, the temperature of cylinder wall and the revolving speed of casing cylinder. Increasing the tobacco cut width, improving HT operating steam pressure, or reducing the other factors on the control of the emission of phenol in mainstream cigarette smoke have a positive effect.
