Abstract: The participation of farmer cooperative in precision poverty alleviation is an important measure for building a well-off society in an all-round way. Henan Xinzheng Fengnonglinguo Cooperatives solve the poverty problems in their areas by means of employment, dividends, industrial poverty alleviation and technical poverty alleviation.Therefore,the way of poverty alleviation by Fengnonglinguo cooperative was analysed and the role played by analysis in poverty alleviation,and thenthe model of farmer cooperative participation in poverty alleviation was constructed.
