摘要: 水稻稻曲病(Rice false smut,RFS)发生情况日趋严重,已经上升为水稻主要病害之一。目前对稻曲病的研究已经取得一定的进展,但对其病菌侵染方式和侵染机理的了解还有局限性。通过激光共聚焦和透射电镜等方法已经基本明确了稻曲病菌在颖花内的侵染过程,然而稻曲病是否具有系统侵染、种子带菌以及幼苗根部侵染对病害发生的影响程度仍有待明确。对稻曲病菌研究中存在的亟待解决的问题进行了探讨分析,同时也对稻曲病主要的防控手段和病原监测方法进行了总结。

Abstract: Rice false smut has become one of the most severe rice disease in China. At present, some progress has been made in the study of rice false smut. There are still some puzzles about infection site and infection mechanism in Villosiclava virens. Laser confocal microscopy and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) have helped to provide the specific description of infection process of rice false smut in spikelet. However, there were no molecular evidence about the contribution of systemic infection, seedling and seed infection in life cycle. The problems existing in the research of rice false smut were discussed and analyzed. At the same time, the main methods of prevention and control of rice false smut and the methods of pathogen surveillance were summarized.
