Abstract: During the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the rural revitalization strategy is proposed to push the convergence of the three main industries in rural area of China, which is a critical important method to realize strategy implementation and the industry development. The tea industry and the tourism industry have strong relevance and realistic integration needs. The market demand of tea industry and its tourism value will accelerate the transformation and upgrading of tea industry through industry convergence. Taking the largest national green tea production base in north tea area which is Ankang city in Shaanxi province as an example, combining the rural revitalization strategy and the development advantages and conditions of tea tourism industry, certain tactics for development of tea tourism industry convergence were proposed, hoping that industry convergence will motivate tea industry in southern Shaanxi to transform and upgrade and propel the rural revitalization.
