Regulation of acetochlor on the G-protein-coupled receptors mediated calcium oscillation in rat hepatocytes

摘要: 以大鼠肝细胞为研究对象,研究乙草胺对大鼠肝细胞G蛋白偶联受体介导胞浆钙振荡的调控。结果表明,单独乙草胺刺激不引发胞浆钙离子振荡,乙草胺和PE同时作用对肾上腺素能受体有抑制作用且具有明显的量效反应关系。

Abstract: The effects of different concentrations of acetochlor on the regulation of cytosolic calcium oscillation induced by G protein-coupled receptors in rat hepatocytes was investigated. The results showed that acetochlor and PE could inhibit PE receptors which the effect of acetochlor on it were dose-dependent, and acetochlor alone had no effect on PE receptors.
