互联网+生鲜农产品冷链物流生态体系建设

摘要: 互联网+线下多元、分散的冷链物流需求下,为解决生鲜农产品冷链物流低效、高成本的问题,结合以往研究和协同理论,阐释生鲜农产品冷链物流生态体系建设的基本思路,分析其特点,构建概念模型;并在协同效应的分析框架下,基于最大协同效应的目标指引,分析冷链物流生态体系建设中各主体协同合作的必要性;最后,依托政府政策支持,基于协同联通的整体规划、利益分配机制的合理设计,加速推进互联网+生鲜农产品冷链物流生态体系的建设和实施。

关键词: 互联网+生鲜农产品, 协同效应, 生态体系

Abstract: Under the "Internet +" offline multi-element and decentralized cold chain logistics demand, in order to solve the problem of low efficiency and high cost of fresh agricultural products cold chain logistics, combine the past research and synergy theory to explain the basic idea of the cold chain logistics ecosystem construction of fresh agricultural products, analyze its characteristics and build a conceptual model. Under the synergistic effect analysis framework, based on the target guideline of the maximum synergy effect, analyze the necessity of coordination and cooperation among the main bodies in the cold chain logistics ecosystem construction. Finally, relying on government policy support and the overall planning of coordinated cooperation, and based on the rational design of the profit distribution mechanism, we will accelerate the construction and implementation of the internet+fresh agricultural products cold chain logistics ecosystem.
