The promotion path of distinctive agricultural products e-commerce development and the logic relationship between it and rural revitalization:Analysis based on Sichuan province

摘要: 党的十九大报告提出了乡村振兴战略,为新时代中国“三农”问题的解决、农业农村的全面发展、农业现代化的全面推进提供了明确的发展导向和强有力的政策保障。乡村振兴战略的实施也为特色农产品电子商务的有效发展提供了实践路径和制度保障。从乡村振兴与四川省特色农产品电子商务的内涵入手,分析两者之间的逻辑关系,从而提出了以乡村振兴战略为背景的四川省特色农产品电子商务的发展路径。

Abstract: The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the strategy of rural revitalization. The proposal of rural revitalization strategy is the solution to the problem of “agriculture, rural areas and farmers” in the new era. It provides a clear development orientation and strong policy guarantee for the comprehensive development of agriculture and rural areas and the comprehensive advancement of agricultural modernization. The implementation of rural revitalization strategy also provides a practical path and institutional guarantee for the effective development of characteristic agricultural products e-commerce. The logic relationship between the connotation of rural revitalization and Sichuan special agricultural products e-commerc was analyzed, and the development path of development of distinctive agricultural products e-commerce in Sichuan under the background of rural revitalization strategy was proposed.
