摘要/Abstract

摘要： 社区治理作为“创新社会治理体制”的重要环节,至关重要。南京市L社区基于深厚的社区文化底蕴,通过对社区网格化管理方式的优化,在“乡贤+社工”模式的带领下,在共建单位与商户的支持下,搭建了社区居民自治的舞台——贤爱堂,社区居民自治初见成效,社区治理模式得以创新,乡贤文化得以发展。

关键词: 乡贤文化, 网格化管理, 社区治理, 社工

Abstract: As an important link of "innovating social governance system", community governance is of vital importance.Based on the profound community culture and through the optimization of community grid management mode, under the guidance of "county sage+Social Worker" model and with the support of Co-construction units and businesses, L community has built a stage of community residents'autonomy -"Xian Aitang". Community residents' autonomy has achieved initial results, and community governance mode has been innovated, and county sage culture has been developed.
