反相HPLC测定精制马拉硫磷溶液方法探讨

Investigation determination of content of purified malathion solution

摘要: 建立了精制马拉硫磷溶液中马拉硫磷含量的反相HPLC测定方法。采用C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm),检测波长225 nm,流动相为甲醇∶水(60∶40),流速1.0 mL/min。结果表明,马拉硫磷在0.050~1.500 mg/mL与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.999 8,平均回收率为101.6%,RSD为0.9%。该方法简便、准确、快速、重现性好,可用于该制剂的含量测定。

Abstract: To establish a method for the determination of malathion content in malathion solution by RP- HPLC. The C18 chromatographic column (4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm) was used to detect the wavelength 225 nm, the mobile phase was methanol water (60∶40), and the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. The results showed that malathion in the range of 0.050~1.500 mg/mL, there was a good linear relationship between concentration and peak area, the correlation coefficient was 0.999 8(n=6), the average recovery rate was 101.6%, RSD was 0.9%; the method is simple, accurate, rapid and reproducible, and can be used for determination of the content of this preparation.
