HS-SPME-GC-MS联用分析中成药保济丸挥发性成分

Analysis of volatile components of the Chinese medicine Baoji pills by HS-SPME-GC-MS

摘要: 采用顶空固相微萃取(HS-SPME)及气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)分析保济丸中的挥发性成分。结果表明,利用HS-SPME-GC-MS法从中成药保济丸中分析出29种挥发性成分,验证了其中15种成分,相对含量占保济丸总挥发性成分的46.47%,其中含量最高的为十二碳烷(12.63%),其次为茅苍术醇(6.79%)、百秋李醇(4.80%)、石竹烯(3.66%)等。

Abstract: Volatile components in Baoji pills were analyzed by using headspace solid-phase microextraction(HS-SPME) and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS). Results showed that a total of 29 volatile components were analyzed by HS-SPME-GC-MS method from Chinese patent medicine Baoji pills, 15 of which were identified by experiments. The relative content accounts for 46.47% of the total volatile components of Baoji pills. The highest content was dodecane(12.63%), followed by atractylodes ethanol (6.79%), phenolic alcohol (4.80%) and caryophyllene (3.66%).
