Application of remote sensing technology in construction and management of irrigation and drainage engineering

摘要: 农田水利工程具有范围大、空间分布复杂、工程数量多等特点,利用常规技术手段对其进行管护较难实现。开展了基于遥感技术的农田水利工程的建设与管护技术方法的探索,旨在提高农田水利工程建设和管护的信息化水平。主要研究利用遥感技术进行农田水利工程信息化建设及管护的关键技术与方法,并根据农田水利工程信息化建设与管护的应用需求,进行了“智慧农田水利信息化管护综合应用系统”的初步设计。

Abstract: Irrigation and drainage engineering has characteristics of extensive distribution, complicated space distribution, and large quantity of projects, it is difficult to manage and protect them by conventional means. We made an initial exploration on the critical techniques and methods of irrigation and drainage engineering construction and management and protection based on remote sensing technology, aimed at improving the informatization level in the construction and management of irrigation and drainage engineering. The key technologies and methods of applying remote sensing technology on informatization construction and management and protection of irrigation and drainage engineering were studied. And based on the application requirements of informatization management and protection of irrigation and drainage engineering, the primary design of "intelligent irrigation and drainage engineering comprehensive application system" was proposed.
