海南省主栽辣椒品种疫病抗性及防治药剂筛选

Selection of pepper blight resistance and control fungicide of pepper varieties in Hainan province

摘要: 采用灌根法对海南省主栽的19个辣椒品种进行了辣椒疫病抗性鉴定,采用菌丝生长抑制法评价6种药剂对辣椒疫霉菌的抑制效果,并对6种药剂进行辣椒疫病盆栽防效试验比较。结果表明,辣椒品种对疫病的抗性存在较大差异,筛选出17份感病品种;筛选出1份高抗品种,为热辣4号绿皮线椒;1份中抗品种,为辣丰新三号。不同药剂对辣椒疫霉菌的菌丝抑制存在明显差异,其中,50%烯酰吗啉可湿性粉剂对菌丝的抑制效果最好,EC50为0.575 0 μg/mL;其次是68%精甲霜·锰锌水分散粒剂,EC50为2.202 9 μg/mL;68%精甲霜·锰锌水分散粒剂400倍稀释液进行灌根对辣椒疫病的盆栽防效最好,达65.68%。综合室内菌丝抑制和盆栽药效试验,68%精甲霜·锰锌水分散粒剂对辣椒疫病有较好的防治效果。

Abstract: The resistances of 19 pepper materials planted in Hainan to pepper blight were identified by means of root irrigating method. The inhibition effect of six fungicides on Phytophthora capsici was evaluated by mycelium growth inhibition method. And the effects of 6 fungicides on pot culture were compared. The results showed that there were great differences in disease resistance of the tested pepper varieties, among which 17 kinds of susceptible materials were screened out; One medium resistance species was screened out, which was Lafeng new No. 3; One high resistance species was screened out, which was Hot No. 4 green string pepper. The inhibition effect of different agents on the mycelia of Phytophthora capsici was significantly different. Among them, 50% dimorpholine wetable powder had the best inhibition effect on the mycelia, with EC50 of 0.575 0 μg/mL. The second was 68% metalaxyl·manganese zinc water dispersible granule, EC50 was 2.202 9 μg/mL. The best control effect was 68% metalaxyl·manganese zinc water dispersible granule 400 times diluted for root irrigation on pepper blight pot, up to 65.68%. Combined with indoor toxicity test and pot control experiment, 68% metalaxyl·manganese zinc water dispersible granule can be used to control pepper blight.
