Abstract: The rural revitalization strategy is an important measure to solve the imbalance between urban and rural development and promote the process of rural modernization. However, due to the increasingly serious rural hollowing phenomenon,for the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization, there are many difficulties, such as the lack of main body, the difficulty of increasing farmers' income and the weakening of rural autonomy. Combined with relevant theories, the solutions to the plight of rural revitalization from both endogenous and exogenous aspects are put forward.
