HS-SPME-GC-MS分析青皮挥发性成分

Analysis of volatile components of Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium viride by HS-SPME-GC-MS

摘要: 采用顶空固相微萃取法(HS-SPME)和气质联用法(GC-MS)对青皮的挥发性成分进行分析。结果表明,从青皮中分离出68个峰,鉴定出56种成分,占总挥发性成分的87.98%,分别有右旋萜二烯(15.06%)、芳樟醇(10.88%)、顺式香芹醇(7.88%)、反式香芹醇(6.49%)、(E,Z)-α-法尼烯(6.26%)、α-松油醇(3.59%)等。首次采用HS-SPME-GC-MS联用技术分析青皮挥发性成分,旨在为其进一步开发利用提供科学依据。

Abstract: Using HS-SPME and GC-MS to extract and analyze the volatile constituents in Citri reticulatae pericarpium viride. The results showed that 68 peaks were detected from Mori folium, 56 components were identified, accounting for 87.98% of volatile components, including (+)-p-Mentha-1,8-diene(15.06%), Linalool(10.88%), cis-Carveol(7.88%), trans-Carveol(6.49%), α-Farnesene(6.26%), α-Terpineol(3.59%). HS-SPME-GC-MS combined technique was used to analyze the volatile components of Citri reticulatae pericarpium viride for the first time, providing reference for its further development and utilization.
