摘要/Abstract

摘要： 通过“过程-事件”分析视角,对兴村项目运行过程及结果进行分析,结果显示当前农村自身监管机制缺乏、村庄内生发展动力不足以及国家技术治理难以奏效的现实困境。

Abstract: From the perspective of “process-event” analysis, this paper analyzes the operation process and results of Xingcun project, and the results showed that the current rural self-supervision mechanism was lacking, the endogenous development power of villages was insufficient, and the national technical governance was difficult to be effective.
