富硒水稻品种的筛选

Selection of selenium-enriched rice varieties

摘要: 以硒含量为指标,筛选出安康富硒区域与低硒区域种植的富集硒能力强的优质水稻品种,并对水稻不同部位富集硒的能力进行分析。结果表明,水稻川优2115和红米1为富集硒能力较优的品种,且水稻子粒中的蛋白质含量与子粒硒含量呈正相关。子粒硒含量与所施硒肥浓度呈正相关,且硒在水稻不同部位之间的分布规律为根>叶>茎>子粒。

Abstract: Using selenium content as an index, the selenium content of rice samples grown in selenium-rich and low-selenium areas in Ankang were analyzed, the high-quality rice varieties with the best selenium accumulation capacity were selected, and the selenium accumulation capacity of different parts of rice was analyzed. The results showed that the variety Chuanyou 2115 and Hongmi 1 had better ability of selenium accumulation, and the protein content was positively correlated with the selenium content in rice. The distribution of selenium in different parts of rice was root>leaf>stem>rice.
