死亡谷芽胞杆菌NBIF-001母药急性毒性研究

Acute toxicology studies of technical concentrate of Bacillus vallismortis NBIF-001

摘要: 为了探讨死亡谷芽胞杆菌(Bacillus vallismortis)NBIF-001母药的急性经口、经皮和吸入毒性,参考《农药登记毒理学试验方法》(GB/T15670—2017)中规定的方法进行试验。结果表明,雌、雄大鼠急性经口毒性LD50>5 000 mg/kg,急性经皮毒性LD50>5 000 mg∕kg,急性吸入毒性LD50>5 000 mg∕m3。死亡谷芽胞杆菌NBIF-001母药急性经口、经皮、吸入毒性分级为微毒级。

Abstract: In order to evaluate the acute toxicity of technical concentrate of Bacillus vallismortis NBIF-001,acute oral toxicity test,dermal toxicity test and inhalation toxicity test were conducted according to the toxicological test methods for pesticides registration (GB/T15670—2017).The results showed that the acute oral LD50 of the biopesticide was more than5 000 mg∕kg in male and female rats,the acute dermal LD50 was more than5 000 mg∕kg and the acute inhalation LD50 was more than5 000 mg∕m3.The acute toxicity of technical concentrate of Bacillus vallismortis NBIF-001 was very low.
