褪黑素抑制玉米赤霉烯酮诱导的猪卵巢颗粒细胞凋亡

Melatonin inhibits zearalenone-induced apoptosis of porcine ovarian granulosa cells

摘要: 以原代培养的猪卵巢颗粒细胞为模型,探究玉米赤霉烯酮(ZEA)对猪卵巢颗粒细胞凋亡的影响,并检测褪黑素(MT)在调节ZEA对猪卵巢颗粒细胞凋亡中的作用。结果表明,3和10 μmol/L的ZEA对猪卵巢颗粒凋亡的影响不显著,但30、50和100 μmol/L的ZEA显著促进猪卵巢颗粒细胞的凋亡,且呈现剂量效应关系;0.1和1 μmol/L的MT抑制30 μmol/L的ZEA诱导猪卵巢颗粒细胞的凋亡,能够提高细胞活力。

Abstract: Primary cultured porcine ovarian granulosa cells were used as a model to explore the effect of ZEA on the apoptosis of porcine ovarian granulosa cells,and to determine whether melatonin (MT) regulated the effect of ZEA on the apoptosis of porcine ovarian granulosa cells.The results showed that3 and10 μmol/L ZEA had no significant effect on the apoptosis of porcine ovarian granulosa cells,but30,50 and100 μmol/L ZEA significantly promoted the apoptosis of porcine ovarian granulosa cells,and showed a dose-effect relationship;It was found that 0.1 and1 μmol/L MT partially inhibited30 μmol/L ZEA-induced apoptosis of porcine ovarian granulosa cells and increased cell viability.
