基于P-S-R模型的湖北省生态安全评价研究

Ecological security assessment in Hubei province based on P-S-R model

摘要: 为了有效评估湖北省2014—2018年生态安全状况,选取了湖北省10个主要城市作为研究对象进行实证研究。结合长江中游城市群的生态特点,基于压力-状态-响应模型(P-S-R模型),选取人口自然增长率、固废综合利用率、第三产业占地区生产总值比重等13个指标构建湖北省生态安全评价指标体系。通过主成分分析法确定各指标的权重,利用综合指数法和综合评价模型,对湖北省生态安全状况进行分析评价,并根据评价结果提出推动湖北省高质量发展的建议。

Abstract: In order to effectively assess the ecological security status of Hubei province from 2014 to 2018,10 major cities in Hubei province were selected as the research objects for empirical study.Combined with the ecological characteristics of the urban agglomeration in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River,based on the pressure-state-response model,13 indicators including the natural population growth rate,the comprehensive utilization rate of solid waste and the proportion of the tertiary industry in the regional GDP were selected to construct the ecological security index system of Hubei province.The weight of each indicator was determined by principal component analysis.The comprehensive index method and comprehensive evaluation model were used to evaluate the ecological security status of Hubei province,and based on the evaluation results,suggestions for promoting the high- quality development of Hubei province were put forward.
