五种杀菌剂对小麦茎基腐病的防效比较

Control effects of five kinds of fungicides against the wheat rhizome rot disease

摘要: 采用药剂拌种和根部喷雾两种方法,通过田间试验筛选有效药剂对洪湖市小麦茎基腐病进行防治。田间试验表明,50%多菌灵、43%戊唑醇、19%丙环唑、21%井冈霉素、50%福美双5种药剂进行根部喷雾试验的防效为25.3%~56.9%,其中制剂用量为1 500 mL/hm2的43%戊唑醇防效最好,防效达56.9%,制剂用量为900 g/hm2的19%丙环唑和750 mL/hm2的21%井冈霉素防效也较高,分别为53.1%和50.0%。60%多菌灵、好立克(430 g/L)、19%丙环唑、24%井冈霉素、卫福(400 g/L)5种药剂进行药剂拌种试验的防效为11.8%~54.4%,其中制剂用量为180 g/hm2的好立克(430 g/L)防效最好,为54.4%,制剂用量为900 mL/hm2的19%丙环唑和135 g/hm2的好立克(430 g/L)的防效也较高,分别为49.3%和43.2%。防治洪湖市小麦茎基腐病的药剂拌种可以选用制剂用量为180 g/hm2的好立克(430 g/L)以及900 mL/hm2的19%丙环唑;根部喷雾可以选用制剂用量为1 500 mL/hm2的43%戊唑醇以及制剂用量为900 g/hm2的19%丙环唑。

Abstract: The study aims to find out high effective fungicides which had better control on wheat rhizome rot disease in filed in Honghu city, Hubei Province. Two methods were used: seed dressing and root spraying. The results showed that the control effects of five kinds of fungicides (50% carbendazim, 43% tebuconazole, 19% propiconazole, 21% jinggangmycin,50% formosa) in the seed dressing test were 25.3%~56.9%. Among them, 43% tebuconazole (1500 ml/hm2) showed the highest control effect (56.9%). At the same, the control effect of 19% propiconazole (900 g/hm2) and 21% jinggangmycin (750 mL/hm2) was also higher (53.1% and 50.0%, respectively). The control effects of five kinds of fungicides (60% carbendazim, horizon (430 g/L), 19% propiconazole, 24% jinggangmycin,weifu (400 g/L)) in the root spraying test were 11.8%~54.4%. Among them, the horizon (430 g/L) (180 g/hm2) showed the highest control effect (54.4%). The control effects of 19% propiconazole (900 mL/hm2) and horizon (430 g/L) (135 g/hm2) were also higher (49.3% and 43.2%, respectively). To control the wheat rhizome rot in Honghu city, the horizon (430 g/L) (180 g/hm2) and 19% propiconazole (900 mL/hm2) for seed dressing should be selected; 43% tebuconazole (180 g/hm2) and 19% propiconazole (900 mL/hm2) for the root spraying should be selected.
