复合改良剂对稻米与土壤镉污染的阻控效果研究

Study on the inhibition and control effect of compound amendment on cadmium pollution in rice and soil

摘要: 以中山市当地的马坝油粘、金农丝苗、美香占2号3个水稻品种为研究对象,添加复合改良剂在大田进行试验,研究复合改良剂对稻米与土壤镉污染的阻控效果。结果表明,复合改良剂能显著降低水稻植株内镉含量,能显著钝化土壤有效态镉;水稻镉含量存在品种与部位差异,马坝油粘比美香占2号具有更强的根际土壤有效态镉钝化效果,致使马坝油粘各部位镉含量均低于美香占2号。水稻植株各部位镉含量分布规律为根>茎叶>糙米>壳。复合改良剂在当地使用量为900 kg/hm2时,在镉污染不严重的土壤中水稻糙米的镉含量可降到国家标准的限量(0.2 mg/kg)以内。

Abstract: Three local rice varieties, Maba Younian, Jinnong Simiao and Meixiangzhan 2, were selected as the research objects in Zhongshan city. Experiments were carried out in the field to study the resistance and control effects of compound amendments on cadmium pollution in rice and soil. The results showed that the compound amendments could significantly reduce the cadmium content in rice plants, and the compound amendments could significantly passivate the soil available cadmium; The cadmium content of rice was different between varieties and parts of rice, and Maba Younian had stronger passivation effect on available cadmium in rhizosphere soil than Meixiangzhan 2, which led to the lower cadmium content in all parts of Maba Younian than Meixiangzhan 2. The distribution of Cd content in different parts of rice plant was as follows: Root > stem leaf > brown rice > rice husk. When the local use amount of compound amendment was 900 kg/hm2, the cadmium content in brown rice of rice could be reduced to the limit of the national standard 0.2 mg/kg.
