Abstract: From the perspective of precision poverty alleviation, the in-depth analysis of Shangluo’s rural tourism development status and rural tourism supply-side structural reforms are conducted. The results show that the current Shangluo rural tourism supply-side reforms are faced with fewer types of rural tourism supply and lack of characteristics, unsound service systems and services. Low quality, insufficient integration of the three major industries, insufficient support and guarantee system for rural tourism development, and over-utilization of resource-based elements. It is suggested to to develop diversified rural tourism, improve the rural tourism service system, and strengthen the development of industrial integration. Improve the rural tourism security system, rationally use and effectively integrate tourism element resources and other measures to further promote the transformation and upgrading of Shangluo’s rural tourism and industrial poverty alleviation to achieve “precise” effects.
