新生代农民工就业质量影响因素研究——基于多重中介模型的实证检验

Research on the factors influencing the employment quality of the new generation of migrant workers:Based on empirical testing of multiple intermediaries model

摘要: 通过构建多重中介模型,检验分析“心理资本-人力资本-就业质量” “心理资本-社会资本-就业质量”两条作用路径。结果表明,新生代农民工的心理资本可以通过人力资本及社会资本影响其就业质量,且心理资本对新生代农民工就业质量的作用比人力资本和社会资本都高。

Abstract: By constructing multiple intermediaries model, the two influence paths of “psychological capital-human capital-employment quality” and “psychological capital-social capital-employment quality” were analyzed. The results showed that the psychological capital of the new generation of migrant workers could affect their employment quality through human capital and social capital, and psychological capital had a higher effect on the employment quality of the new generation of migrant workers than human capital and social capital.
