马尾松不同家系组培苗造林对比试验

Comparative experiment on afforestation of tissue cultured seedlings in different families of Pinus massoniana

摘要: 选用4个马尾松(Pinus massoniana)优良种质繁育的家系组培苗,在广西马尾松Ⅲ类产区开展不同地点造林对比试验,对4年生林分树高和胸径等生长指标进行研究。结果表明,不同地点立地条件差异对各马尾松家系组培苗生长性状造成了不同程度的影响;参试马尾松家系组培苗平均胸径和平均树高分别达到4.8 cm和3.74 m,与湿地松实生苗相比无明显差异;生长表现突出的家系B、家系C组培苗试验林,其平均胸径和平均树高分别为4.8、6.4 cm和3.91、4.39 m,分别比对照湿地松提高了26.3%、68.4%和7.4%、20.6%,其中,家系C胸径和树高生长达到广西马尾松Ⅱ类产区速生丰产标准。在本试验立地条件下使用马尾松组培苗造林获得了不低于湿地松实生苗的早期生长效果,研究结果对促进区域造林树种结构调整,保障人工林质量和效益精准提升具有重要参考价值。

Abstract: The comparative afforestation experiments were carried out in different locations of Pinus massoniana Ⅲ production area in Guangxi with the tissue cultured seedlings of 4 families, and the growth indexes such as height and DBH of the four-year-old stand were studied and analyzed. The results showed that the differences in site conditions at different locations had different degrees of influence on the growth traits of tissue cultured seedlings of Pinus massoniana families. The average DBH and height of tissue cultured seedling of 4 Pinus massoniana families at different afforestation sites were 4.8 cm and 3.74 m, respectively, which were not significantly different from those of Pinus elliottii seedlings. The average DBH and average height of families B and C with prominent growth performance were 4.8 cm, 6.4 cm and 3.91 m, 4.39 m, respectively, which were 26.3%, 68.4% and 7.4%, 20.6% higher than those of Pinus elliottii(CK). The DBH and height of family C reached the fast-growing and high-yield standard of Pinus massoniana Ⅱ production area in Gangxi. Under such site conditions, the early growth effect of Pinus massoniana tissue cultured seedlings is not less than that of Pinus elliottii seedlings. The research results have important reference value for promoting the structural adjustment of regional afforestation tree species and ensuring the accurate improvement of plantation quality and benefit.
