摘要: 阐述了采前和采后影响猕猴桃(Actinidia chinensis)贮藏保鲜的主要因素,对猕猴桃贮藏保鲜的化学技术、生物技术和复合保鲜技术进行了归纳总结,最后从促进猕猴桃产业健康发展的角度对贮藏保鲜的前景进行了展望,旨在为延长猕猴桃贮藏保鲜期提供参考。

Abstract: The main factors affecting the storage and preservation of kiwifruit(Actinidia chinensis) before and after harvesting were expounded, and the chemical technology, biological technology and compound preservation technology of kiwifruit storage and preservation were summarized. Finally, the outlook of storage and preservation was prospected from the perspective of promoting the healthy development of the kiwifruit industry, aiming to provide reference for prolonging the storage and preservation period of kiwifruit.
