红壤旱地喷施阴离子表面活性剂对玉米产量和土壤紧实度的影响

Effects of foliar spraying anionic surfactant on maize yield and soil penetration resistance in upland red soil

摘要: 为探究阴离子表面活性剂型板结消减产品对红壤坡耕地土壤结构的改良作用及对玉米的增产效果,以郑单958为供试品种,在红壤坡耕地开展大田试验,设置空白对照(CK1)、清水对照(CK2)及调理剂 500 倍(T500)、750 倍(T750)、1 000 倍(T1000)稀释液喷施处理。结果表明,T750处理玉米产量最高,比CK2显著增产33.1%;T500 处理产量次之,比CK2显著增产17.5%;T1000处理因有效成分不足,产量与CK2无显著差异。2次喷施后,T500处理可明显降低 1.0~45.0 cm 土层土壤平均紧实度;玉米产量仅与1.0 cm 土层紧实度呈显著负相关(P<0.05)。短期喷施阴离子表面活性剂对土壤pH、有机碳、全氮及土壤团聚体组分无显著影响,这与红壤胶体稳定性强、表层喷施、试验周期短等有关。该调理剂通过降低土壤溶液表面张力、调控黏粒静电平衡,快速消解表层板结、降低根系机械阻力实现增产;750倍稀释液为红壤坡耕地玉米适宜施用浓度。

Abstract: To explore the amelioration effect of anionic surfactant-based soil crust remover on soil structure and yield improvement of maize in sloping upland red soil, a field experiment was carried out on sloping red soil with maize cultivar Zhengdan 958 as test material. Treatments included blank control (CK1), clean water control (CK2), and spraying of conditioner diluted 500-fold (T500), 750-fold (T750) and 1 000-fold (T1000). The results showed that maize yield under T750 was the highest, which was significantly increased by 33.1% compared with CK2. The yield of T500 was second, significantly 17.5% higher than CK2. Due to insufficient active ingredients, the yield of T1000 showed no significant difference from CK2. After two sprays, T500 obviously reduced the average soil penetration resistance in the 1.0-45.0 cm soil layer. Maize yield was significantly negatively correlated only with penetration resistance in the 1.0 cm soil layer (P<0.05). Short-term spraying of anionic surfactant exerted no significant effects on soil pH, organic carbon, total nitrogen and soil aggregate fractions, which could be attributed to strong stability of red soil colloid, surface spraying mode and short experimental period. This conditioner alleviated surface soil crust and reduced mechanical resistance to root growth by lowering surface tension of soil solution and regulating electrostatic balance of clay particles, thereby increasing maize yield. The 750-fold dilution was the optimal application concentration for maize in sloping upland red soil.
