摘要: 结合泽州县农村集体经营性建设用地入市工作试点工作的实际,总结了其初步成效,但由于目前还处于探索阶段,存在隐形市场交易、布局过于分散、收益分配机制不完善等问题。因此,通过建立统一的交易平台、成片统筹入市地块、完善相关法律法规、科学编制土地利用规划以及建立收益分配机制等,旨在探索出一条适合泽州县农村集体经营性建设用地入市试点工作的新路径。

Abstract: With the practice of the pilot work of the collective management of land in the rural areas of Zezhou County, this paper summarized its preliminary achievements, but it was still in the stage of exploration, there were invisible market transactions,the layout was too scattered, the income distribution mechanism was not perfect and so on. Therefore,through the establishment of unified trading platform,piece in the market as a whole plot,improved there relevant laws and regulations,the scientific preparation of land use planning and the establishment of income distribution and other mechanisms to explored a new path that suitable for zezhou county the pilot reform.
