常州市水资源生态服务价值核算研究

Accounting of water ecological service value in Changzhou city

摘要: 综合运用生态系统服务功能的相关理论,结合常州市自然地理人文状况、水资源总量和水资源结构分布情况,将水资源生态服务功能分为3大类:直接使用功能、调节功能和文化功能(旅游功能)。选用市场价值法、替代工程法和旅行费用法3种核算方法计算得出,2015年常州市水资源生态服务价值约为280.79亿元,约占常州市年地区生产总值的5.32%。

Abstract: The theory of ecosystem service function was analyzed, and the ecological function of water resources into three categories according to the natural geography and human condition, the total water resources and the distribution of water resources in Changzhou city were divided: direct use function, regulating function and cultural function(tourism function). The accounting method of three kinds of market value method, shadow engineering method and travel cost method were adopted to calculate the value of water resources ecological services in Changzhou city in 2015, which was about 28.079 billion yuan, accounting for 5.32% of the annual regional GDP of Changzhou city.
