油茶子饼粕多糖的降血糖活性研究

Study on hypoglycemic activity of polysaccharide from camellia seed cake

摘要: 为研究油茶子饼粕多糖降血糖的活性,构建链脲佐菌素(STZ)诱导的糖尿病小鼠,研究油茶子饼粕多糖对小鼠造模前后空腹血糖、各脏器指数以及肝脏、肾脏组织中丙二醛(MDA)含量及抗氧化酶活性的影响。结果表明,油茶子饼粕多糖显著影响造模前后小鼠的血糖值及各脏器指数,且MDA含量显著降低,抗氧化酶活性升高,说明油茶子饼粕多糖具有显著的降血糖活性。

Abstract: To study the hypoglycemic activity of camellia seed cake polysaccharide, the streptozotocin (STZ)-induced diabetic mice were constructed to study the effect of camellia seed polysaccharide on fasting blood glucose, several organ indexes and the content of malondialdehyde(MDA) and antioxidant enzyme activity in liver and kidney tissues of mice before and after modeling were studied. The results showed that the camellia seed cake polysaccharide significantly influenced the blood glucose level and organ indexes of mice, and the content of MDA was obviously decreased and the activity of antioxidant enzyme was increased, which indicated that camellia seed cake polysaccharide had significant hypoglycemic activity.
