Abstract: To research the age and growth of Schizothorax curilabiatus in Chayu River. 95 individual fishes of Schizothorax curilabiatus were collected from Gongrigabu river in August 2021. The lapillus was used to study the age and growth characteristics, and the growth equation was fitted by using the Von Bertalanffy growth equation. The relationship between body length and body weight of Schizothorax curilabiatus was described as W = 4.708×10^-5L^{2.745 7}. The Von Bertalanffy growth equations were： L=260.65[1-e^{-0.096（t+1.805）}], W =202.59[1-e^{-0.096（t+1.805）}]^{2.745 7}. Schizothorax curilabiatus belonged to heterogenic growth in Chayu River, and grew slowly.
